Users can adjust information using their User Identification and password on their account to:
- See what data we have regarding the Athlete, if any.
- Change/amend correct and update any data we have about the athlete or User.
- Delete any data ScoutChamps has about the Athlete or User.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

As set forth by this Policy, the term “Data” refers to Automatically Collected Information that can associate the usage of Applications to a specific person by listing names, addresses, telephone numbers, banking/credit card information and other sensitive data.
Services governed by this Policy refrain from collecting any Personal Data from Users that are not part of the registration and maintenance of an account.
ScoutChamps takes all reasonable available precautions to protect User and athlete information. Sensitive data and information provided via the website is protected, except information that is intended to be made public for the purposes of fulfilling the stated purposed of ScoutChamps, LLC.

As more fully delineated in ScoutChamps Terms and Conditions, in order to use our website Users must first complete the registration form. Users are required to give certain information (such as name, phone and email address) in order to complete registration. This information is used to further the purpose of ScoutChamps and use of the products/services on our site, which Users are expressly stated interested in by completing registration forms. Athletes and all Users (Scouts) demographic information, such as gender or age may be required in order to complete the services provided by ScoutChamps.
